2002 Town & Country instrument panel lights

When I turn on the head lights, the radio and odometer lamps do not dim and all of the other the instrument panel lights do not turn on. The emergency alert icons light up normally. I cannot find a fuse or a relay in my fuse/relay box under the hood that operates these. Any suggestions?

Try the fuse panel inside you vehicle. Under your steering wheel. Sounds like a simple fuse problem..But we'll see
