I’ve looked at a couple of different wiring diagrams searching for something that would be common too the different circuits but can’t see anything? All I can think of is that the brake light circuit may have lost its normal path to ground and is back feeding the other items? But all that is, is a guess. Was that the correct amps for that circuit? Check it with an ohm meter. Put it back in if that's the correct fuse - it might have been a problem with it connecting in it's slot. Dunno?
