2002 Civic Power Lock Problem

2002 Honda Civic, 70k miles
The drive side power locks don't work. The passenger side works fine (2 door). I'm wondering what's wrong and how much roughly it would take to fix.
- When the door is closed, I can push up or down on the lock fine but the power lock does nothing. The key works fine locking and unlocking.
- When the door is open, I can't push up or down on the lock and the power lock does nothing. The key can't lock it fully (it goes down like halfway).

It will have to be tested and troubleshooted using a wiring diagram. I suggest you find a competent shop that does electrical diagnostic work.
