For some reason, if you're sitting in my car and click the LOCK button on the key fob, then open the door and get out, it won't start the next time you get in.
I'm able to repro this pretty consistently. I've had the battery and alternator checked at O'Reilly's and both passed. Cleaned the battery posts and terminals and made sure cables are on nice and tight.
At first when this would happen, the aftermarket alarm would start going crazy. I unhooked it and the Shock Sensor, but still having the issue.
Any ideas?

For the moment things point to a failure with the aftermarket alarm system. I suggest finding out if any place still sells and installs the same brand and have it fixed, replaced or removed for something else PROPERLY,
