Hi, I have a 2001 Chevy Tracker 4X4, 2.5 Engine, 155,000 miles. When I went out to start it this morning I noticed the heater was running and the key wasn't in the ignition yet. I turned the heater off, put the key in the ignition and tried to start it but I only heard it clicking. So I took the key out, went in the house to tell my husband and when I looked out the window the headlights were on. We were able to jump start the car and go to work. When I parked it I turned everything off...radio, heater and turned the dimmer all the way down. It started with no problem after 8 hours of work and my husband disconnected the battery for the night until we figure out what the problem is. Thank you for any ideas you may have!

That is most likely a blower motor relay sticking on. It's located under the dash on the passenger side, to the right of the glove box. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
