2001 Saturn 300L Dome & inter lights not working

2001 Saturn 300L (2.8 liter) 80, 000 miles
First my trunk light went out and then 2 months later all the interior lights followed, Dome, Map lights in the mirror and the door lights all stopped working. The Dash and instrument panel lights along with the radio and lighter are all still working as are the controls on the side mirrors and drivers seat (manual controls on passenger seat). I checked the underhood fuse box and found the BCM 15amp fuse blown. I replaced that but still not lights. I would appreciate any help/advice thanks.
