2001 Corolla headlight problem

2001 Corolla. Headlights will not turn off, must pull headlight relay or DRL fuse. Daytime running lights do not work either. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

hi :
in the japanes car the relay command Sign is negative so you have to check the negative wire of the headlights relay may be it,s make a short with the body of the car .
