2001 Chevy S10 random stalling (electrical)

My 2001 chevy s10 has stalled when slowing down to stop 3 times in the past month. It is fine most of the time but here is what happens when it does. Truck starts fine and runs fine through the city intersection stop and goes, runs fine on the highway and when slowing down but every once in a while, I'll slow down for a red light or stop sign and the vehicle stalls. It will start right back up and, act a little funny while coming to stops but then be fine. When this problem happens, it is when I depress the clutch and hit the brakes to come to a stop. At that time the voltage gauge goes down rapidly with the engine speed going down and stalls. Battery and alternator have both been replaced within the past year and a half
