Have you tried starting in neutral? Is it automatic or standard? 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive? Engine size is_________? Have you checked to see if there is current on the solenoid coming from the ignition switch? If power is getting to starter, the starter will engage. If you can jump the solenoid and make the starter work, usually the solenoid is bad. That is why we need to know if you have tested all fuses and answer the above questions. Thanks.
