Hi-
I have a 99 Saturn SC1 4dr
4cylinder 1.9L
approx 125,000

A few months ago my spedometer and tachometer started to flutter to zero (and the E brake light comes on with it) when driving 55-60 mph. It does come back in a second or two, so I disregarded it since I thought it was only a nusiance. It has been happening now more frequently and my running lights went out once with it. I think my car was in a flood last year in my area, and I'm thinking this has something to do with it? I bought my car from a Saturn dealership(who never disclosed any info of a flood) and I think they are being dishonest with me. I've also noticed that it happens more often when I dont warm my car up for a long time and if i just run it colder it happens very often. Is this something that needs to get fixed asap? I'm a broke college student so I would want to put off repairs if I can. Thanks for your help!
