1999 Pontiac Grand AM - Lock Out Switch Wiring

I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. My passenger side window and rear windows do not work from the door or the master (driver) switch. The driver side window does operate. Figuring it was a switch problem - I bought a new one and of course, it didn't fix the problem. This leads me to believe it is a wiring issue. The Haynes manual wiring diagram shows a "Splice Pack" located for the three non-operating windows off the Lock out switch path. (page 12-39 for those following along). Nowhere in the book can I see where that splice pack might be located. Before I start ripping the car apart - does anyone have any idea where the splice might be located ... and what a splice pack looks like (is it a box or something?). Other dandy information - I've had the problem since earlier in the year. On really cold mornings - the windows (all of them) would open. With the heat - they don't work. Thanks in advance.
