TMK a few different styles of back doors if you mean only the very back door(s) and window(s) or what's there. A common way to send power and ground for items on a moving back door is spring buttons that touch when door is closed. With doors open you would see them and can check for power and ground on the body side and then see if they can touch or are broken somehow. If by wires that bend and hidden where they bend may have lost ground such that nothing on the moving item will work. Not sure what type so look. Two features at once that don't work suggests they lost grounding to me, T
