1998 rav4 problem with theft deterren system

1998 toyota rav 4. How do i reload/reset the theft deterrent system (tds)? After leaving the ignition key on over night, the battery was run down. The car would not start with jumper. I recharged the battery with a trickle charger and it is at full strength. However, the tds will not release the electrical system. No exterior or interior lights; no radio; no panel indicator lights. The starter turns the engine over strongly, but it will not fire. There is a small tds light/button on the dash left of the steering post. There is a series of moves necessary to reload/reset the tds but I need someone to tell me the chain of action. thnx
