i have a 1998 pontiac bonneville that shuts down as postted in other post , is the ground talked about a single or double ground or a bulk head connector? and also where is the water coming in at?

sry , i am new to this forum , but it was on pontiac bonneville 1998 that shuts down and lose of power windows , the response was that there was a ground wire at the drivers side floor under carpet, i checked the ground at the bolt next to emergency barke pedal which is good , but there is a bulk head connector with about 6 or 8 grounds in it and i was wondering if this could be problem
