Hi all, I have a 1998 izuzu hombre with a 2.2 ltr engine in it. I have a problem where my gauges are all pegged to the left and my dash led that shows the mileage blinks on and off and I also have a battery light on. when I start the truck the battery gets drained very quickly and then I have to recharge it. I was told it was the alternator causing the issue so I replaeced it but I have the same issue. Please help David

David; Probably isn't this simple, but check all of the fuses in the fuse box and in the power distribution box under the hood. Is it possible that it has been 'jump' started and the jumper cables reversed? Loren SW Washington
