1998 pontiac sunfire

While driving to work this morning my 1998 pontiac sunfire's instrunment panel started going haywire, all the lights on it came on, the radio started doing crazy things and there was a noise coming over by the glove box, the car also started to idle rough and run poorly, I need some help!
