3 and 4 cylinder misfire, Want pass inspection. Changed plugs and wires Had motor worked on.A lot of new parts nothing works. Someone told me it might be the circuit board. Can you help?

What engine does it have?
Exactly what codes is it setting? Any O/2 lean codes?
