Please Help. I just bought a 1998 Cavalier and the headlamp circuitry has suffered insult from a DIY who shouldn't ever attempt electrical repair.
I have four hot jumpers and extra g round wires added all over the wiring in the front behind the bumper bar. The DRL isn't working fogs don't work.
With a proper skematic I can probably straighten this out and get them working. The switch, relay are working properly, and I found bad splice and wiring behind the left headlamp. but still no proper lights yet.
Found Skematic for a 1997 however this harness for my 1998 doesn't appear to ever had a isolation relay. Behind the bumper bar two relays one is the foglamp relay the other I am not sure of yet. It appears perhaps to be a drl relay, but I do have a drl relay in the LH IP Fuse box.
