1997 intrepid electrical problems

i have a 1997 intrepid an the turnsignals,wipers,radio an heater will not work i checked all fuses an they are still good,can anybody help me out

Check the fuses with a test light that they have power when the items are attempted. Best guess is a wiring block most cars use on firewall is making intermittent connection(s) with a common power feed for those items,
