The rear door of my Chevy Tahoe will not open, unlock with remote, or unlock with a key. What is wrong? I hear a clikcing noise under the dash in the middle when trying to use the remote to unlock the rear doors. All other locks work fine.

I WILL DIE BEFORE I WILL OWN A CAR ,TRUCK OR ANY WITH REMOTES!!!! WHY DO YOU THINK A KEY WILL OPEN A BACK DOOR?? Since the beginning of the horseless carrage there were no keys for back doors. This is probably just a problem with the motor for the locking and no more as back doors don't get the wiring problems that happen to driver's door -- usually, T and cat!

On edit: If you meant a tail gate that would be different and they can and do get sticky and need constant WD40 or something like it....
