1997 Chevy Lumina - blinker / tail light issues

Hello! I have a 1997 Chevy Lumina, 6 cylinder 3.1 engine. Roughly 140K miles. Recently, I noticed my RIGHT blinker seems to "blink" twice normal speed. Additionally, my RIGHT tail light is out. There aren't any other electrical problems that I've noticed with the car - dome light, headlights, wipers, cigarette lighter, radio, etc all seem to be functioning as normal. I'd guess this is a blown fuse. I've located the fuse panel on the passenger side of the dash. I don't have my car's manual so I'm trying to figure out which fuse needs to be replaced (assuming it's indeed a fuse issue). And if a fuse does need replacing, do I need to get a special kind in particular? Or just tell an autoparts store my make and model and they should be able to figure it out from there? Thanks in advance

check the bulb R tailight.... fuses and bulbs ok to use generic. NAPA parts will help get the right part. fuse box diagram is on cover or in owners manual.

Pretty common if tail light out is same bulb as the "blinker" but is that fixed and still do this? Fix that first and problem should go away - easily just a bulb or socket problem, T
