Sign In This is a 1997 Chevy Astro Van. New, never been titled, with 600 actual miles. The wind Shield wipers won't work. Front or rear. Could this be a problem in the electrical board? Sign In There was a recall on wiper motor (resistor something inside them) in around that year. Just one happened back when to a 96 just off regular warranty and I replaced entire motor - later GM paid for the whole thing! I believe it was some circuit board you might be able to replace with the thing in place - not sure??
