engine size is a 3.8 V6, Please help ,
For about 6 months now the car will be driving along and out of no-where the fuel cuts off to the engine, I've had the car to a shop put on a diagnostic's test and they also checked the fuel pressure as well as the connections to the fuel pump ,in fact the shop told me that it was one of those things where the car has to be acting up at the time they check it , I've changed the battery and the fuel filter as the battery seems to be being drained really quick and the one that was in there aqiured a dead cell . I think that there is an electrical problem ,but if I'm overlooking something please help as I am at the END of my rope .. thanks Jerry

If you're absolutely sure that the fuel is shutting down and only the fuel, then you just need to monitor the power feed to it to determine if that is dropping out of the pump itself is quitting. This one isn't wired into the oil pressure switch so that's not an option.

I Notice after the car stalls , when I try to start it the relay is clicking but still won't start ,it seems that if I wait a while she fire's up sometimes quiting right away but if I wait till it's completely cold again it will run longer sometimes all day "weird" also it seems while this is going on my battery guage will drop from 13.7 to like 11.9 and the display for the temp. outside will blink ,Oh ! and when the car stauls the windows which are electric won't work .. "scratching my head" hmmmm.. thanks for Replying !!!

Scratching your head isn't going to find the problem. You just have to test things during the failure to isolate the cause.
