1996 Mazda 626 LX ignition control box

I'm having problems with trying to remove my ignition control box on my Mazda 626. I need to replace it with a new control box. Do I need to remove the radio to be able to reach my ignition control box???
Any advice or instructions would be greatly appreciated.

A couple things here:
* Yes to get at things you may need to remove ash trays, radios etc.
* I'm NOT familiar your problem but want to warn you to be real careful of wiring with a car that should have an air bag that can screw up messing with wiring. - T
