1995 Pontiac Bonneville - unexplained dying

1995 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3.8 V6 141,000miles
SECURITY light is on 24/7started about 6 months ago but car still drove fine
3 weeks ago was running rough but not stalling.
Diagnosis by mechanic ignition module and coil packs were bad
purchased and installed new module and coil packs car ran great about two weeks, started dying in all driving condition (while accelerating, while slowing down, highway and in town).
mechanic tells me it was poor grounding for the ignition module (he "cleaned everything up - corrosion etc" and felt car was fine charged me $178).
dying continues in all conditions
changed fuel filter
changed crankshaft position sensor at mechanics suggestion
Problems continue - no change
HELP plz!
