1995 Honda Civic Window and Radio issue

I have a 1995 Honda civic and I'm having problems with my radio and windows. When I completely turn my car off and take the key out of the ignition, the radio still plays and the windows still go up and down. What could be the main issue why the radio still stay on and the windows go up and down?

What about when you open the driver's door? Does it still work then?
