I ran the battery down on a 1995 Dodge Dakota pickup. I recharged the battery and it runs for about a minute, then the 30 amp fuseable link in the Power Distribution Center blows and the engine stops. This has happened twice. The fuse is for the drive train module, whatever that mean? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You were not having this problem before the battery was drained? Have you checked the connections at the battery closely, to make sure no POS. wires are touching ground? You didn't, by chance, cross the cables while charging or jumping the battery?

Hi Loren,
Thanks for the reply. No, I was not having the problem before I ran the battery down. I am certain that I did not cross the jumper cables (I did that 20 years ago and learned a valuable lesson :) I will check the battery connections again.
Paul.
