1995 Dodge Spirit - Electrical Problem

I've been searching for a short in my Dodge Spirit 1995 for a while now, I've pulled every fuse and plug I could find but can't get rid of the short. Current is flowing on Fuse #2 which is labelled 'Dome Lights'. I snipped the wires to the dome lights and that did not cure the short.
The latest thing I did was pull the computer out (this stopped the short). Is there any way to test it while I got it out of the car, or try to get a reading from it?

ITs expensive, I don't want to replace it if i'm not sure its the problem (there's a 60 pin connector on the other side).
