 my window has came off the runner but when i took he door panel off the plastic runner bits on either side where broken is t a major operation to fix it

Jen; If you are referring to the plastic clips that hold the glass to the regulator, not a big deal. If you can find replacements. Most any auto glass shop can reattach the new clips to the glass. (Takes a special adhesive and must be in exact place on glass when reattached).
