1992 S10 Blazer digital dash/windows/blower malfunction

Hi,
I have a 1992 Chevy S10 Blazer (approx 150,000 miles) with a problem. The digital dash, power windows, and blower motor all stopped simultaneously overnight. They worked when I parked the car and the next morning there was nothing. I have checked the fuses and they are good. Someone told me it may be a relay, but where would that be located? What else could it be? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check your fusible links at the battery and grounds at the battery.
