1991 honda accord front blinkers

I have a 91 Honda accord, 4 cylinder and the front blinker lights stay solid when I'm driving.When I shut the car off the blinker lights still stay on and it's draining my battery.The car has not been drove for awhile but I didn't have any problems before.I haven't attempted to do anything with it yet cause I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions?
