1991 TOYOTA CAMRY lights surge

my 91 Toyota Camry, upon acceleration, the lights get bright and 3 of the warning lights in the dash come on. Any ideas of whats going on? This happens only when at higher RPM I have not tried anything yet because I have no idea where to start.

Guess: Check the voltage output even thru a powerport or cigar lighter and see if the voltage exceeds norms. You shouldn't see over like 14.8v (another guess) or the voltage regulator could be bad. If so it will blow light bulbs and cause problems with all kinds of 12v items,
