These are listed as being on the same fuse. I have tried changing the fuse, and they still don't work. . The only interior lights that come on at any time are the 'door open' on the dash, and the ring around the ignition. Dome light or vanity lights work? Do you have a mutimeter or 12 volt test light? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved. The switch in the door was not being pressed in far enough. Secondly...I checked the 'dome light' fuse (under the hood). I do not have a multimeter nor 12 volt test light (are thy expensive?
