When trying to start the car, it revs as if it will come on then it does not, it's as if I have no fuel in the car, but I do. I haven't tried anything So Far, but while looking under the hood, I see that I see a (literal) spark from one of my sparkplug wires as if there is a hole in it, I don't know if it's related or not but it is something I have noticed, also when turning on the car, the lights on the dash board so No charge and sometimes no fuel, but I recently bought the battery(less than three months ago) and I just got an oil change for the car two days

You definitely shouldn't be seeing any spark jumping. That could very well be your problem. That could be a problem with the dist cap, rotor or plug wires, depending exactly where you're seeing this.
