1986 Nissan Pick Up - Back Up Light Switch Sign In

Where is the switch for activating the back up lights located? Standard transmission. 4 cylinder engine.

There should be a 2 wire switch near the rear of the transmission.

Thanks "Hammer Time". Sounds like I might be able to deal with this myself. Uh..is it an adjustable switch?

No, it's usually a push button type triggered by a detent in the shift lever internally.
