I have a male clip missing in the fuse box that connects the female cord from the cig lighter to the fuse box..is there any way i can replace the clip to the fuse box without replacing the entire fuse panel?

No, that tab is usually part of the outer housing. It's not a big deal. I doubt it costs more that $10

Fantastic news! Thank you so much...so, it can definitely be replaced? Is this part able to be purchased at any local auto store...Kragen, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, etc...?

You can get a universal one that will fir most cars. Can't tell you for sure if it will fit yours though.
