1967 e type jaguar fuse burns out

short in one of the fuses...takes a 30amp fuse but when inserted..fuse burns out with the key is turned on

What is the fuse empowering? That will be the clue you need to chase it down.
By any chance - is a cigar lighter not working? Coin in one?
