08 Silverado Electrical/Computer Promblem?

I know that I have seen this question out their, but have not seen anybody get a resolution. I have an 08 Crew Cab 4.8l, my cruise control does not work, I have the switch on the steering wheel which continues to light up. No codes are in the system, and I can see the computer is reading the on/off switch by verifying it with my Solus Scanner. I have had other issues with the truck like passenger sided door actuators intermittently don't work, and when it is cold outside (not very often as I live in AZ) I get an error "Service Stabilitrak", and lastly radiator fan does not kick on unless AC is on. Has anyone else had problems like this, or does anyone have a resolution. Have checked fuses, and traced wires as far as I could before having to tear apart the dash.

Can you see data with your scanner? There are 2 brake switch parameters that have to match each other, there is also a "cruise disabled because.." in the data as well using a tech 2. The right hand door lock is the latch itself, hit unlock/lock a few times in a row and notice which ones stop working first. Service stabilitrak light I usually see steering wheel position sensors failing intermittantly and have to be replaced. It will however set a code with the light, the steering column has to be removed on these trucks to replace the sensor.
