06 Buick Rainier - No power to Blower Resistor

Trying to restore power to a blower resistor in my 2006 buick rainier (V6). I was replacing the Blower Resistor which had gone bad, the part upgraded from a 3 prong/ 2 prong assemble to a 5 prong assemble, So I had to splice some cables, and stupidly hadn't disconnected the battery. When I went to grab a tool the black and red wires that normally feed into the resistor touched / sparked (note the purple wire did not touch). Now I'm not getting any power to that wire. I checked the fuses in the interior labeled Hvac (3 of them, 1 30 and 2 10) and they all looked good, and I flipped the relays around under the hood to no effect. Any Ideas?
