04 sedona electrical problem

I have a 2004 kia sedona with electrical problems. While driving one night the engine just died, but i still had electrical power i.e. lights/dash lights etc. After a while tried to restart vehicle would not start. Good cranking but just wasn't starting. Let the vehichle set for a few days, when returning to the car it started, so i let it idle for about 20 mins. after
that time engine died and would not start again. This time no headlights but interoir lights work, brake lights work etc.
replaced starter and checked all connections, had battery tested and replaced. Am i having a power relay problem of some kind, or would this indicate something else????

Sounds like an electronic component failing. Usually with this scenario, it turns out to be a crankshaft position sensor from the description you gave of the problem.
