04 grand cherokee

i have a issue with a 04 JGC the turn signals and flashers nolonger work is this a flasher relay? and i have 2 codes for the tps p0122 low and p0123 and this code i dont understand p1281 manufac spacific dtc see service manuel. can any one help?

Which engine? Clear the trouble codes and see which ones come back.
Check fuses 4 and fuse 20 in the junction block. Do you have a volt meter and know how to use it?
