01 Saturn L200 Multiple Electrical Problems

My 2001 Saturn L200 has the following problems-4cyl, Automatic trans, power locks/windows/mirrors, factory cd player.
1. Check engine light is on but nobody's computer can get any codes from the car. I checked all the fuses under the hood and on the panels by both the driver & passenger doors and they all are good.
2. Front head lights will not turn on, but the daytime running, parking, and brights work just fine. Bulbs are good.
3. Only the speedometer and the fuel gauge light up when the lights are on, the tach and everything else don't
4. All the power options on the vehicle work except the power locks on the drivers rear side, however the power windows work just fine on that side.
5. The a/c clutch will not engage, not sure if this is related or not. But I can stick a long screwdriver on the clutch and turn it just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss on these problems and don't even know where to begin.

I am having simular problem with my 1994 saturn SL2.......When I turn my lights on, the rear-lights and dash-lights will not come on.........The front head lights and brake light work fine..................................
