This car radio is Delphi delco for GM motors i want to install it in another car if i connect it to 12v battery if i push power botton nothing happen. But when i push FM or display botton what i get is 12:00. So i want to know how to select wire from pinout to make it power on so to make the unit useful again.

I don't know what year vehicles your dealing with here but late model GM products have the VIN# programmed into the stereos so they will not operate in a different vehicle. You may be just wasting your time trying to make it work.
