1996 cavalier fuse box

my friend and i recently were installing a new radio and blew the fuse when we looked under the hood it didnt have the right fuses so we tried to find the second box but couldnt and the owners manual didnt help much so we were wondering where exactly the second box is located

i think its on the drivers side of the dash panel on the side.....has a removable cover to access......
