After hitting a bump in the road, my 2008 Ford Windstar now makes a thumping noise every time I hit a bump in the road. The noise sounds like it is coming from the front driver's side tire. Can't see anything obvious wrong. Any ideas what it could be?

Assorted possibilities: Perhaps a sway bar pin has broken and you can see those. Worth a check,
