I have 1997 monte carlo LS. Noise at power steering pump. Also fluid all foamy and has burnt odor to it . Does anyone know what problem might be. Thanks for your help.

Well that's no fun! It must have gotten low and see if you can find out where. Perhaps it already made a mess and will be hard to find.
I sugesst you flush it all out - hard to do and you might want to take it somewhere for that. First just let it settle and fill it up as it must be low. You may luck out and getting new fluid in there might just take care of it so  and hope for the best,
