loud screech noise. 98 chevy k1500

I just changed front brake pads and just put it all together. Took it out for a test drive and now when i turn the wheel. Theres a very loud and horrible screech noise. It never happened befor i change the brakes any ideas what i did wrong?

A maybe: Are wheels OE sized for this? If depth of dishing isn't right caliper may be rubbing on wheel with new pads. You'd see evidence easily. Other if rotor not serviced or replaced is a rust ring on rotor where old pads didn't touch now is, T _________________________________________ Long retired now
