In my 92 Chevy Blazer, S10, I hear a sucking noise. Like a vacuum hose is loose. It goes away when I accelerate, but immediately returns upon braking. It sounds like it's coming directing from behind the dash behind the steering wheel.

That's classic for a vacuum leak - start looking around while it's hissing to find what and where

You could try pinching off the large hose under the hood that goes to the brake boost, start the truck and have a listen if the noise is gone.
DO NOT TRY DRIVING THE VEHICLE WITH THAT HOSE PINCHED OFF, you will not have any boost for the power brakes.
Let us know what you find.
Dan.
