Shaking While Stopped. Need Opinions, Please.

I have a 1993 Grand Prix. It's in good condition. This just started yesterday.
when I am stopped at a light or sign my car shakes. Then I hit the gas it shakes even more for a few seconds. then stops. It doesnt feel like my car has any get up.
Anyone with any ideas? I really appreciate it.

p.s. I just moved to L.A and do not have a go to mechanic. So I wanted to get some ideas first.

I would check to see if it may need a tune up first. WHen was the last tune up done?
