Mazda Protege - Strange Noise around 2100 RPM Sign In

Hello all,
I have a 2003 Mazda Protege with a 2.0 L DOHC L4 no mods, with 70,000 Miles on it
I am getting a strange kinda squirrely sound coming from what seems like the side of the engine with all the pulleys. I have noticed a few of its habits. It doesn't seem to do it while the vehicle is cold, once it warms up, it happens at about 2100 RPM, above and below it doesn't occur, just for a brief moment when i pass 2100 RPM, pretty much in every gear, its not really loud enough for me to hear on the highway so I can't say whether its happening in the higher gears or not, but 1 and 2 for sure.
If I am in Park with engine warmed up, I have occasionally gotten it to do it at about 3000 RPM's or so, but If I try this from the engine compartment, I can't hear the sound over the Engine.
I am thinking it may be one of my acc pulleys, but I don't know how to tell which one.

Thank You All
